Meet Laura, she began helping individuals gain freedom from anxiety as well as trauma after first learning how to heal it within herself.

Throughout childhood, Laura was exposed to several abusive homes incurring anxiety and lasting stress from verbal, mental, and physical abuse. She dedicated herself to learning how to heal cycles and symptoms which come from abuse from several schools including; Southern New Hampshire University, Tad James School of TimeLine Therapy and Hypnosis, and New Eden School of Natural Health.

She gained the knowledge and special tools to reset and rewire the trauma she endured so that it would no longer define or control her life, and uses the same methods to help her clients. Laura specializes in Anxiety Rewiring, a technique which teaches your brain to function exactly as you want it to, no matter what you’ve gone through. Anxiety and stress have become common in our society but are not functional in our daily lives. She teaches you how your brain works so that you can rewire it to focus, feel more calm, and importantly, how to feel more happy.

  • The Anxiety Rewiring Institute is built on a simple but powerful truth: when we understand how the brain is wired, we can learn to rewire it.

Grounded in modern neuroscience and decades of research on neuroplasticity, our approach is informed by scientific findings showing that the brain is constantly changing in response to experience, attention, and practice. This means that patterns of anxiety are not fixed traits—they are learned neural pathways that can be reshaped.

  • Students and clients learn how anxiety is created and maintained in the brain—and how to transform those patterns at the root. Rather than managing symptoms on the surface, we focus on the underlying neural pathways that drive thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Through our training, students learn to:

    • Understand how the brain’s wiring contributes to anxiety

    • Gently rewire patterns that no longer serve them

    • Optimize brain function for greater peace, clarity, and efficiency in daily life

  • The Institute for Anxiety Rewiring is designed for growth‑oriented professionals and individuals who want both personal transformation and practical tools they can share with others. Our students typically include:

    • Coaches & Mentors
Life coaches, wellness coaches, mindset coaches, and other guides who want neuroscience-based methods for helping clients move beyond anxiety, stuck patterns, and self-sabotage.

    • Therapists & Mental Health Professionals
Licensed counselors, therapists, and mental health practitioners seeking brain- and nervous-system–informed approaches to complement their existing modalities.

    • Healing & Wellness Practitioners
Yoga teachers, somatic practitioners, energy workers, bodyworkers, and holistic health professionals who want a clear, science-backed framework for rewiring anxiety at its root.

    • Leaders, Educators & Change-Makers
Leaders, educators, facilitators, and organizational professionals who support others through stress, transition, and high-pressure environments.

    • Individuals on Their Own Healing Journey
People who have experienced anxiety themselves and feel called to both heal at a deeper level and eventually help others do the same.
