Laura Mangham-Founder
Laura is the founder of the Institute for Anxiety Rewiring and is dedicated to helping individuals find lasting freedom from anxiety and trauma. Her work is grounded in both professional training and personal transformation. Having endured multiple abusive environments in childhood, Laura experienced the long-term effects of verbal, emotional, and physical trauma—experiences that sparked persistent anxiety and motivated her to find durable, effective solutions for herself and others.
She pursued extensive education in trauma healing and behavioral transformation, studying at Southern New Hampshire University, the Tad James Company (Time Line Therapy® and Hypnosis), and the New Eden School of Natural Health. These trainings informed a powerful toolkit she uses to reprocess and release the hold of past experiences. Through applying these methods in her own life, Laura rewired her relationship with anxiety and now brings that evidence-informed, compassionate approach to her clients.
She teaches how the brain forms patterns and how those patterns can be intentionally reshaped—regardless of one’s history. Believing anxiety and chronic stress are not states people are meant to remain in, Laura’s work empowers individuals to move beyond survival mode, regain focus, and cultivate lasting peace, confidence, and well-being.

Helping you step into a bigger version of you with greater confidence
-
The Anxiety Rewiring Institute is built on a simple but powerful truth: when we understand how the brain is wired, we can learn to rewire it.
Grounded in modern neuroscience and decades of research on neuroplasticity, our approach is informed by scientific findings showing that the brain is constantly changing in response to experience, attention, and practice. This means that patterns of anxiety are not fixed traits—they are learned neural pathways that can be reshaped.
-
Students and clients learn how anxiety is created and maintained in the brain—and how to transform those patterns at the root. Rather than managing symptoms on the surface, we focus on the underlying neural pathways that drive thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Through our training, students learn to:
Understand how the brain’s wiring contributes to anxiety
Gently rewire patterns that no longer serve them
Optimize brain function for greater peace, clarity, and efficiency in daily life
