Meet Laura

Laura is the founder of Anxiety Rewiring and is dedicated to helping individuals find lasting freedom from anxiety and trauma. Her work is deeply rooted in both professional training and personal transformation.

Having experienced multiple abusive environments throughout her childhood, Laura understands firsthand the lasting effects of verbal, emotional, and physical trauma. These early challenges led to persistent anxiety and stress, ultimately inspiring her to seek effective, lasting solutions—not just for herself, but for others facing similar struggles.

Laura pursued extensive education in trauma healing and behavioral transformation, studying at Southern New Hampshire University, the Tad James Company (Time Line Therapy® and Hypnosis), and the New Eden School of Natural Health. Through this training, she developed a powerful set of tools to help reprocess and release the impact of past experiences.

By applying these methods in her own life, Laura was able to reset and rewire her relationship with anxiety—no longer allowing it to define or control her. Today, she brings that same approach to her clients.

Laura specializes in Anxiety Rewiring, a results-driven method designed to help individuals retrain their brain for greater calm, clarity, and emotional resilience. She teaches clients how the brain works, how patterns are formed, and how they can be intentionally reshaped—regardless of past experiences.

While anxiety and chronic stress have become increasingly common in modern life, Laura believes they are not states we are meant to remain in. Her work empowers individuals to move beyond survival mode, regain focus, and cultivate a deeper sense of peace, confidence, and happiness.

Helping you step into a bigger version of you with greater confidence

  • The Anxiety Rewiring Institute is built on a simple but powerful truth: when we understand how the brain is wired, we can learn to rewire it.

Grounded in modern neuroscience and decades of research on neuroplasticity, our approach is informed by scientific findings showing that the brain is constantly changing in response to experience, attention, and practice. This means that patterns of anxiety are not fixed traits—they are learned neural pathways that can be reshaped.

  • Students and clients learn how anxiety is created and maintained in the brain—and how to transform those patterns at the root. Rather than managing symptoms on the surface, we focus on the underlying neural pathways that drive thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Through our training, students learn to:

    • Understand how the brain’s wiring contributes to anxiety

    • Gently rewire patterns that no longer serve them

    • Optimize brain function for greater peace, clarity, and efficiency in daily life

  • The Institute for Anxiety Rewiring is designed for growth‑oriented professionals and individuals who want both personal transformation and practical tools they can share with others. Our students typically include:

    • Coaches & Mentors
Life coaches, wellness coaches, mindset coaches, and other guides who want neuroscience-based methods for helping clients move beyond anxiety, stuck patterns, and self-sabotage.
